Aunt Rita's AIDS Walk & Run -February 2022
Our first ever team event at the Aunt Rita's AIDS Walk Arizona was a giant success! Over 15 Frontrunners & Frontwalkers Phoenix members were on hand to help raise funds for people living with HIV.
Our initial team goal of reaching $1000 was subsequently raised to $2500. We ended raising over $8,000 total. FRFWPHX ended being the second highest fundraising group behind the sponsors themselves. Overall, nearly a quarter million dollars was raised for the charity.
Frontrunners & Frontwalkers Phoenix wants to thank all of those who participated and all those who gave so generously for such an important cause.
A very special shout out goes to our member "Shaggy", Scott Greenberg, who raised the lion-share of our funds. He was the third highest individual fundraiser for the whole event.
Also, congratulations to our member Kristen who
took a silver medal for overall female in the 5K run. Good Job!
